Venezuelan Oil Minister Eulogio del Pino informed that OPEC has invited 12 non-member countries to participate in the technical meeting of the organization in Vienna, which will be held next Saturday, October 29.
"We have invited Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Oman, Egypt, Bahrain, Colombia, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago, Bolivia, Norway and Canada," he said.
